If something slips through—whether it’s a defective, damaged, or incorrect item—we’ve got your back with a replacement, refund, or other fix. This guarantee doesn’t cover damage from normal wear and tear.

Can I Get a Refund or Cancel My Order?

All sales are final due to our small team and limited stock. We cannot cancel orders once placed, so please review your order carefully before purchasing. Refunds or exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

What If I Receive a Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Incorrect Item?

- Carrier Damage: If your package arrives damaged, file a claim with the shipping carrier (e.g., Canada Post, USPS). We’re not responsible for packages once handed to the carrier.

- Product Issues: If your order arrives safely but is damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect, contact owner@gumbstudio.ca within 7 days. We’ll arrange a replacement, refund, or solution under our Gumb. Guarantee.
